I’m sure the rower monitors actually go up to 3k, but I’ve never actually seen it.
Partner WODs make me sad, but it’s not like I’d be working out anyway. Have fun guys!

FYI: If we have an odd number of people at the WOD, have no fear. We’ll make a three person team and increase the numbers by 50% and two people at a time will go while one gasps. Too easy!
